1. Can I cancel my Flow Club subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing date. You will keep access until your current paid month ends.
2. Do you offer refunds for unused time in Flow Club?
No. There are no refunds for partially used or active monthly billing periods.
3. What about refunds for Flow Elite custom coaching?
Flow Elite programming becomes non-refundable once your monthly program is delivered.
4. What is the 7-day grace refund?
If you cancel within 7 days and no custom program has been delivered, you may request a full refund.
5. How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel through your TrainHeroic account or email info@flowathletics.ca
6. What happens if my payment fails?
TrainHeroic may retry the payment automatically. If the payment cannot be processed, your access may pause until billing is resolved.
7. Do I keep access after cancelling?
Yes — until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
