Overview

Flow Athletics provides remote strength and conditioning programs, including individual (Flow Elite) and group-based (Flow Club) services. All services are delivered digitally through the platform TrainHeroic.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any Flow Athletics program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of Services

  • All programs are delivered remotely. No in-person coaching, supervision, or monitoring is provided.

  • Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for performing all exercises safely and appropriately.

  • You are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your goals and training history if requested.

  • You accept full responsibility for your safety and results while following any program.

  • You agree not to share, resell, or reproduce Flow Athletics materials without permission.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Flow Club (Subscription Service):

  • Billed monthly.

  • You may cancel your renewal anytime before your next billing date.

  • Access continues for the remainder of your paid month; no refunds are provided for partial months.

Flow Elite (Custom Program):

  • Billed per program cycle (usually monthly).

  • You may cancel your renewal anytime before your next billing date.

  • Access continues for the remainder of your paid month; no refunds are provided once programming has been delivered.

Limitation of Liability

Flow Athletics and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in or inability to use the services. All programming is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All Flow Athletics content—including programs, templates, logos, and written materials—remains the exclusive property of Flow Athletics and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
